Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by IONOS SE. For security, availability and troubleshooting, the hosting service may process IP addresses, access times, requested URLs, browser information and server logs. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure website.
Email enquiries
The course-enquiry form validates entries locally in your browser and creates an email draft. The website does not submit or store the form data. We receive the details only if you send the message in your email client and use them to answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and meet applicable retention duties.

If you voluntarily create a LiD account, we process the username, password hash, necessary session data, learning progress and technical abuse-prevention data to provide account, synchronisation and security functions. You can delete the account in the tool; this removes account, session and progress data except where retention is legally or technically required.

The main website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and brand media are served locally. LiD login uses only the secure cookie required for an account session. External tests and platforms apply their own privacy notices after you follow a link.
