Package details

The package covers occupational orientation and preparation planning, not placement in an Ausbildung position. Application support, language courses, visa and arrival costs are separate.

SAMPLE DELIVERABLE · FICTIONAL SITUATION

Turn career interests into choices you can compare.

Example: An adult learner enjoys talking to people and solving practical problems. They want to explore which everyday work tasks better match their interests.

Communication-focused tasks
Observe whether you enjoy meeting different people, explaining information and responding to questions. Practise a short German dialogue and note where expression feels easy or difficult.
Technical tasks
Observe whether you enjoy investigating problems step by step, working accurately and recording a process. Explain a familiar practical task in German and collect the vocabulary you need.
Compare specific occupations next
Use official occupation descriptions and real vacancies to compare tasks and requirements with personal interests. List unfamiliar aspects of the work as questions to explore.

Example selection rationale: Explore interests through specific tasks before choosing which occupations to investigate further, considering more than a job title or a single salary figure.

Sequence: note preferred tasks → explore specific occupations → compare language and application requirements → plan practice and documents.
